Enabling offline mode
To enable offline mode, complete the following steps:
Note: You must have the OFFLINE_USER role,
which you can request from your administrator through your service desk
portal.
- From the My Account menu, click Offline settings.
- Next to Offline extension is not installed on this device, click Install.
- After installation, click Add to homescreen to create a clickable link to the page on your desktop or home screen.
