Enabling offline mode

To enable offline mode, complete the following steps:
Note: You must have the OFFLINE_USER role, which you can request from your administrator through your service desk portal.

  1. From the My Account menu, click Offline settings.
  2. Next to Offline extension is not installed on this device, click Install.
  3. After installation, click Add to homescreen to create a clickable link to the page on your desktop or home screen.
