Sending feedback on Knowledge Exchange content

Use the feedback feature to inform Johnson Controls about any errors or issues in a topic or PDF document. The relevant production teams receive an email that contains your feedback.

Important: The feedback feature is only used to report errors in a document. If you have a query about a product, contact the relevant technical support team.
To send feedback about the content, complete the following steps:

  1. To access the relevant document, choose one of the following options:
    • Topic: In the reader page, navigate to the topic, then click the action menu beside the topic title.
    • PDF document: On the search page, click the title of the document, then click the action menu in the right hand corner of the reader page.
  2. Click the Send document feedback icon, as Table 1 shows.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    • Registered user: In the Send Feedback window, enter your feedback, and click OK.
    • Unregistered user: In the window for your default email program, enter your feedback, and click Send.
