Working in offline mode

To work in offline mode, complete the following steps:

  1. When your internet connection fails while browsing the site, a pop-up appears in the bottom of the screen.
  2. Locate the pop-up and click Browse offline documents to display the offline mode screen. Alternatively, in the upper-right menu bar, click My Account and then click Switch to offline.
  3. The offline mode screen displays all the synced documents from your collections. To search for an available document, use the search bar. To filter the documents, click the relevant drop-down under the search bar. Choose from Collection, Category, Document Type, or Document Number.
  4. A pop-up appears in the bottom of the screen to inform you when your internet connection is restored. Alternatively, in the upper-right menu bar, click My Account and then click Switch back online.
