Resetting your password

If you forget your password, complete the following steps:

1. On the Knowledge Exchange Home page, click Log On.
2. Click Forgot password.
3. In the Email field, enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Click Forgot password.
5. When you receive an email asking you to verify the password reset, click the link to open the New Password page.
6. In the Password field, enter a new password, and click Change Password.
